In 2005, members of the mod neighborhood found that the Pc model of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas could be modified to unlock an incomplete intercourse minigame regarded as "Hot Coffee", which Rockstar North had determined to leave out of the last match. The discovery of the minigame induced California State Assemblyman Leland Yee to rebuke the two Rockstar and the ESRB, arguing that the ESRB was not performing its occupation properly.
