This research, commissioned by the European Parliament’s Policy Department for Citizens’ Rights and Constitutional Affairs at the request of the LIBE Committee, examines the governance buildings of EU Justice and Home Affairs companies. Upon the request by the Committee of Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, this research evaluations Art 11 and Arts 14-16 of the proposed Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market.
