We have just started to give out the newbie kits and which is why not all the organizers have it. The kits were worked on for about 3 months. The basis is a reward to the group and all proceeds from the workshop go to foundation which is used to put out these kits. The foundation is operate by the board but is also non-public. TPOK is a non-public group.
