The expense of the survey shall be borne by the City. Deposit of Proceeds.--The proceeds from the sale, reduction, or cancellation of any loan marketed, lessened, or canceled pursuant to this area shall be deposited in the United States Government account or accounts recognized for the compensation of these loan.
