Mammuthus evolved into numerous species, such as the effectively-known woolly mammoth. Their temporal lobes are proportionally greater than in other animals, including human beings. Because most of the food elephants eat goes undigested, their dung can deliver food items for other animals, such as dung beetles and monkeys. The Asian elephant has only a person and depends much more on wrapping around a foods item and squeezing it into its mouth.
