This nearly gets Peter killed at the conclude of the movie, when Ned attempts to alert Happy about Toomes' impending assault on the Avengers' plane, and Happy instantly hangs up when he hears Ned is contacting on behalf of Peter. The initially time he's challenged to a duel by a jealous husband, he is killed.
