On six January 2020, resort and cafe enhancement organization Plan See Do declared that it would refurbish the former headquarters of Marufuku Nintendo Card Co. as a hotel, with ideas to insert 20 guest rooms, a cafe, bar, and fitness center, with a planned opening day of mid 2021. The building belongs to Yamauchi Co., Ltd., an asset management organization of Nintendo's founding loved ones.
