The approaches of assessment and ranking can be classified into two lessons: human-centered and equipment-centered. Methods emphasizing human-centered utility look at the position and evaluation challenge in terms of the consumers and their interactions with the method, whereas the machine-centered process considers the trouble in terms of equipment learning and computation.
