Rich was indicted on all a few counts, sixteen November 2017, pleaded responsible to all a few counts and was sentenced, 1 February 2018, to eighteen months suspended jail sentenced adopted by two years probation. He was sentenced, eight July 2019, to 2.5 decades in jail adopted by 5 a long time of supervised release.
