On sixteen July 390 BC, a Gallic military below the management of tribal chieftain Brennus, satisfied the Romans on the banks of the Allia River ten miles north of Rome. The city of Rome grew from settlements close to a ford on the river Tiber, a crossroads of site visitors and trade. This caused a difficulty, in that Rome came to have a big male inhabitants but was bereft of girls.
