On six January 2020, resort and cafe enhancement company Plan See Do declared that it would refurbish the previous headquarters of Marufuku Nintendo Card Co. as a resort, with designs to insert twenty guest rooms, a restaurant, bar, and gym, with a prepared opening date of mid 2021. The constructing belongs to Yamauchi Co., Ltd., an asset management enterprise of Nintendo's founding spouse and children.
