Despite our siting the residence in the AE flood zone procedure of the lot we have been informed the dwelling had to be developed to VE flood zone specifications. Landtech was hoping to secure Zoning approval at the conference the subsequent 7 days, but prior to that assembly our project had to be reviewed at the upcoming Harbor Management meeting, which conference I attended, and was unremarkable, on 3/23/16.
