The defendants commissioned a 69-web site report, which was ready by lawyers from Ballard Spahr, the very same regulation company that the school district experienced employed to protect it in the Robbins lawsuit. School district spokesman Doug Young declared on February 19 that the faculty district intended to contest the lawsuit. Asked if Robbins took a loaner laptop house without authorization, Young declined to comment.
