Appellant had two independent on the web contacts with "Hope" on December 14, 2004. During the first, appellant mentioned his authentic name was "Arthur" and spelled out he applied "Mark" even though chatting on the web. On January 14, 2005, appellant contacted "Hope" on the internet and associated he bought a bus ticket from Sacramento to Newhall for January 19, 2005, at 6:30 a.m., and he would consist of $20 for meals with the ticket.
