As a person who life on the coast, I contemplate myself fairly jaded about sea creatures washing up to shore. The Joker is familiar with Batman life by just just one rule ("I will not be an executioner") and encourages him to split it and get rid of him. The Joker is illustrating "The Market for Lemons": if the Joker is creating it simple for you to eliminate his henchmen, why need to you feel they’re basically his henchmen?
