On March 14, 2007, Take-Two submitted a lawsuit seeking to completely enjoin Thompson from filing any public nuisance motion against the business that would block the product sales to minors of the unreleased movie online games Grand Theft Auto IV and Manhunt 2. The match alleged that Thompson's lawsuits violated the company's First Amendment rights.
