Kimberly Jean Davis (née Bailey born September 17, 1965) is a former county clerk for Rowan County, Kentucky, who acquired international awareness in August 2015 when she defied a U.S. Judge Bunning purchased Davis and her 6 deputy clerks to seem in advance of him on September three immediately after the six partners sought to have her held in contempt of court. Many harmless folks have been killed in that situation.
