In TUDA, RATS entities have to have access to a Handle Distributor to which a trustable and synchronized time-supply is available. The Handle Distributor requires on the part of a Time Stamp Authority (TSA) to distribute Handles incorporating Time Stamp Tokens (TST) to the RATS entities. This is realized by incorporating IOAM info into in- flight data packets.
