2) Transfer deadline.--All land and recreation areas shall be transferred not later than 1 yr following the total capitalization of the Trust Fund explained in segment 803. (f) Transfer Conditions.--The land and recreation regions explained in subsections (b) and (c) shall be transferred in payment title to the Department on the adhering to ailments: (1) Responsibility for injury.
