The screens are instructed to document each individual time they hear a DMI place (which are tagged with a "laughing infant" identifier), and to report when the station is off the air or has complex challenges.132 The screens are unbiased, do not know that the other is used by DMI, and do not know how frequently DMI spots are meant to be played.
