The Independent, a British newspaper, surveyed some homeless New Yorkers and observed that although most of these homeless citizens employed the kiosks for legit explanations (usually not to look through NSFW written content), several of the interviewees were frightened that LinkNYC may well at some point demand money to use the world-wide-web by using the Links, or that the kiosks might be demolished entirely.
