While "The Quest" chapter of No More Truths is even now canonical, a lot of what Az'uh'ra'el claims to Cedric about the Storn can be disregarded - like his declare to be Xerex Storn and his claims about the Storn remaining "Arkn gods" and "counterparts" to the Arknangels (all of which are centered on discarded plot aspects).
