The audience isn't going to see particularly what happens to Blaire at the end of the movie, but it certainly would not glance promising. The initial detail we see in the movie is Blaire viewing Laura's suicide movie, then casually pivoting into a typical dialogue with Mitch. And then Laura individually kills her. Laura's poltergeist kills her by shoving the very hot straightener down her throat.
