A comparable kid named Jimmy (who at a person stage McClure also phone calls Billy) appears in "The Meat Council Presents: 'Meat and You: Partners in Freedom'" in the episode, "Lisa the Vegetarian". He was supposed to seem in a lot more episodes, but because of to the death of McClure's voice actor Phil Hartman, he was retired alongside with McClure.
