It is up to the court to decide, when Polanski is returned to its jurisdiction, irrespective of whether there are mitigating situations or not in this predicament. We all sympathize with the many horrid situations of Polanski's life. Based on her image, I think it is fair to presume that Ms. Applebaum is jealous that SHE was not on the getting end of Mr. Polanski's attentions.
