Yesterday there was a big coach incident in the north-west of Victoria, where by a truck ran into a V-Line teach at a stage crossing. Level crossings (exactly where a highway and practice line intersect) can be deathtraps and there have been quite a few deadly incidents more than the years, this just one becoming the worst.
