A similar boy or girl named Jimmy (who at 1 position McClure also phone calls Billy) seems in "The Meat Council Presents: 'Meat and You: Partners in Freedom'" in the episode, "Lisa the Vegetarian". He was intended to show up in far more episodes, but owing to the dying of McClure's voice actor Phil Hartman, he was retired along with McClure.
