If, as Moldbug indicates, a company state’s income arrived from land price taxes, and so revenue arrived from rising land values, then factors like lowering criminal offense, pollution, and poverty would be in the company state’s ideal passions. They fortunately acknowledged (and invented) subprime loans that would increase their gains right now at the price tag of probable economic disaster tomorrow.
