In 2005, users of the mod community found out that the Pc edition of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas could be modified to unlock an incomplete intercourse minigame recognised as "Hot Coffee", which Rockstar North experienced decided to go away out of the final game. The discovery of the minigame brought on California State Assemblyman Leland Yee to rebuke equally Rockstar and the ESRB, arguing that the ESRB was not doing its work effectively.
