Issues concerning human sexuality and human sexual orientation arrived to the forefront in Western regulation in the latter 50 percent of the twentieth century, as part of the gay liberation movement's encouragement of LGBT people today to "come out of the closet" and have interaction with the authorized process, mostly as a result of courts.
