If, as Moldbug indicates, a corporate state’s earnings arrived from land price taxes, and so profits came from raising land values, then issues like decreasing criminal offense, air pollution, and poverty would be in the corporate state’s greatest passions. They happily acknowledged (and invented) subprime loans that would raise their earnings nowadays at the price tag of probable fiscal disaster tomorrow.
