Sara Robinson, a previous beverage manager at a Hard Rock bar, sued Dennis Rodman and the vacation resort in 2007. She alleged that Rodman had assaulted her in 2006, and that the Hard Rock was negligent in holding him off the house just after that. Other reasons for threats versus individuals assaulted is to punish them for reporting it, or of forcing them to withdraw the grievance.
