We great-mapped 178 genomic risk loci, and we determined probably pathogenicity in these variants and overlapping gene expression for seventeen genes from our transcriptome-large affiliation research, together with TRAF3. Among drug transporters, ABCC2 is involved in the biliary excretion of MPAG and shows many genetic variants.
