This is particularly so for hard-to-find perfumes. The Base notes are supposed to be the dominant part on the perfume which supplies the final and unique smell along with perfume. A slow perfume does not mean which is healthier rather in comparison to the cheap another. Don't get locked down into just one fragrance.
