The spacecraft was operated by NigComSat and the Nigerian Space Research and Development Agency. Flight STS-60, which was started on 3 February, 1994, was the 2nd flight with the module Spacehab (Space Habitation Module) and the initially flight with the product WSF (Wake Shield Facility).
