In late February 2012, the Syrian National Council founded a army bureau to oversee armed forces operations. In February 2012, Fahad Al Masri was a single of the founders of the first joint command of the Free Syrian Army Interior, alongside with Colonel Qassem Saad Eddin and other officers, and aided bolster the development of armed service councils, at the governorate stage, and the institution of push workplaces.
