While the latest Guidelines for kid pornography offenses appear to recognize most of these wide types, many of the Commission's pertinent sentencing enhancements are likely to apply indiscriminately to all baby pornography offenders, tremendously growing the suggested punishment range with out automatically reflecting an individual's heightened stage of culpability.
