Its key aim is to determine and assist moral labor recruiters by means of a range of resources: creating a benchmark for moral recruiting-"the IRIS Standard," setting up a voluntary certification course of action for recruiters, producing a record of accredited recruiters to help employers and personnel make knowledgeable conclusions, and creating a monitoring and compliance mechanism to assure benchmarks are lasting.
