In October 2013, a federal appeals courtroom established apart Kyle’s guilty plea and on remand, 30 December 2015, Kyle pleaded responsible to one count of aggravated sexual abuse with little ones and was sentenced to 30 many years in jail to be served concurrent with a sentence imposed in Missouri’s circuit court for the crimes he dedicated in Missouri.
