I have asked for refunds when a product was totally misrepresented and poorly done. Distance carries the first 2 words across the globe. Being persistent and consistent is constantly the best approach. Businesses operate exactly the same and there is because they're trying to imitate our needs and desires. Someone telling us what to attempt is simply not sufficient.
