Beneath the Supreme People's Court stand the provincial municipal courts and numerous community courts. Military courts have distinctive jurisdiction in issues of condition safety. The National Assembly of Vietnam is the unicameral state legislature composed of 500 customers. The Vietnam People's Armed Forces is made up of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA), the Vietnam People's Public Security and the Vietnam Self-Defence Militia.
