Beneath the Supreme People's Court stand the provincial municipal courts and many area courts. Military courts possess exclusive jurisdiction in matters of condition security. The National Assembly of Vietnam is the unicameral state legislature composed of five hundred customers. The Vietnam People's Armed Forces is composed of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA), the Vietnam People's Public Security and the Vietnam Self-Defence Militia.
