There are a few pizza crust mixes out there that are gluten-free and there are a good number of general gluten-free flour mixes too. I have tried to take some of these cakes to the museum, so the gluten intolerant young woman working there can give me her opinion, along with all the others there. It just means that you want the best for your child, as every parent should. You can not win things for free if you do not try.
