In February 2009, Dragon Ball Z celebrated its twentieth anniversary, with Toei Animation announcing that it would broadcast a re-edited and remastered variation of the Dragon Ball Z anime underneath the title Dragon Ball Kai (ドラゴンボール改, Doragon Bōru Kai, lit. Developed in a stand on your own Ren'Py version as well, now made up of episode four and 5, currently only for supporters.
