4) Dayton settlement.--The term ``Dayton Agreement'' indicates the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, together with annexes relating thereto, completed at Dayton, November ten through 16, 1995. (5) Tribunal.--The phrase ``Tribunal'' means the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.
