I recommend planting your succulent in a pot so that you can move it indoors or around your garden for when the weather is not ideal for your succulents. This was my first attempt at a fairy garden, so I decided to go with a simple plastic planter.

Fungus is those black spots that appear, making it look like the succulent is rotting. You may note white or pale spots on succulent leaves. Talinum chaos 'Limon,' a cultivar of Talinum paniculatum, bears chartreuse leaflets.

Any of the recommended succulent or cacti mixes is good for indoor plants. Pebbles placed at the bottom will improve the soil's drainage, which in turn allows the plant growth. Mixture of sand, peat and moss is recommended.

After a few years of growing the succulent, you will probably lose some leaves. Used to have a couple with a chrome finish. Some people might also have difficulty growing plants in the soil. Some succulent plants produce beautiful flowers.

With little effort, you can propagate your favorite succulent to share with friends and family or just expand your existing succulent collection. It's a fun activity that everyone can participate in.

This plant looks like a cactus in the first instance, owing to its upright succulent stems. A section of the main plants should be cut into pieces. Allow it to become callous for several more days before you place it on well draining soil.

Propagating is a way to make multiple succulents from the same succulent. You can also propagate new plants from stem cuttings by repairing leggy string of pearls plants. String of Pearls can thrive indoors as well as outdoors.
