There's the time when all people who Cell killed was resurrected. Similarly, the people today killed in the exact same saga by No. 20 and No. 19 were never resurrected. The fact that the resurrection also especially excluded evil persons raises the query of how several of these individuals had been, say, moms and dads or driving cars and trucks (and what particularly defines an evil particular person, in any case).
